27. Deleted 7.1.3, which was a reference to where to find the definitions regarding <br /> floodplain and renumbered following sections accordingly. <br /> 28. Normalized term "Parking and Transportation Demand Management"first seen in <br /> 7.2.6 (found several references to "Parking and Traffic"). <br /> 29. In 7.3, Planned Development Districts: <br /> a. Updated requirements of 7.3.3 to match what was in Table 2, as there were <br /> differences (more restrictive used). <br /> b. Inserted new 7.3.4, Residential Uses and Building Types, which was <br /> previously omitted and renumber following sections accordingly. <br /> c. Insert missing sentence from existing Bylaw back into 7.3.5.8, regarding <br /> revisions to CDs and RDs. <br /> 30. In § 8.0, Nonconforming Uses and Structures: <br /> a. Updated language of 8.4.1 to reflect clarifications requested at the public <br /> workshop, regarding accessory structures and references to § 4.0. <br /> b. Inserted new language to the table in 8.4.1 to ensure that lots with zero <br /> frontage require a special permit. <br /> c. Inserted a new subsection, 8.5, Nonconforming Lots, to handle situations <br /> where nonconforming lots move closer to compliance and when <br /> governmental action renders a lot nonconforming. <br /> 31. Removed reference to ZBA administrative fees in 9.2.4, as they are set by the <br /> BOS not the ZBA. <br /> 32. Inserted the definitions from the Wireless Communications Bylaw in Section 10. <br /> 33. Removed"nested" definitions in Section 10, for Floodplain, Lighting, and <br /> Wireless. <br /> 34. Normalized references to "Average Natural Grade"throughout the Bylaw. <br /> 35. Revised "Building Height" to "Height, Building"based on comments from public <br /> workshop. <br /> 36. Inserted definition of"temporary"in Section 10.0. <br /> Appendix B 111 <br />
