Normalized term "Parking and Transportation Demand Management"first seen in 7.2.6 (found several references to "Parking and Traffic"). 29. In 7.3, Planned Development Districts: a. Updated requirements of 7.3.3 to match what was in Table 2, as there were differences (more restrictive used). b. Inserted new 7.3.4, Residential Uses and Building Types, which was previously omitted and renumber following sections accordingly. c. Insert missing sentence from existing Bylaw back into 7.3.5.8, regarding revisions to CDs and RDs. 30. In § 8.0, Nonconforming Uses and Structures: a. Updated language of 8.4.1 to reflect clarifications requested at the public workshop, regarding accessory structures and references to § 4.0. b. Inserted new language to the table in 8.4.1 to ensure that lots with zero frontage require a special permit. c. Inserted a new subsection, 8.5, Nonconforming Lots, to handle situations where nonconforming lots move closer to compliance and when governmental action renders a lot nonconforming. 31. Removed reference to ZBA administrative fees in 9.2.4, as they are set by the BOS not the ZBA. 32. Inserted the definitions from the Wireless Communications Bylaw in Section 10. 33. Removed"nested" definitions in Section 10, for Floodplain, Lighting, and Wireless. 34. Normalized references to "Average Natural Grade"throughout the Bylaw. 35.
