LINCOLN PARK COMMITTEE MINUTES November 19, 2013 at 4:30 pm Present — David Williams, Chair, Bob Pressmen, Lynne Wilson, Brian Kelley, Wendy Rudner, Recreation The Chairman opened the meeting at 4:35. Bathroom update -- Brian Kelley reported that the hardscape was in but irrigation work was still needed. He has $29,960 available but there are still outstanding bills including one to the plumber for $9,800. He still needs to cover landscaping, irrigation, signs and some work on the parking area. Christine Edmonds, an interested citizen whose children play soccer, had sent an email to Lexington Youth Soccer asking for donations to try to complete the project. To date, her plea had raised $2,781.19 which was included the available funds. David reported that sorne Boy Scouts had put woodchips on the paths last week. Signs — Brian will get the signs from Wes Wirth and try to install them if it is warm enough. The committee needs to meet with Recreation either at their December or January meeting. There was a discussion about new members and the money process /budget. David will provide information at the next meeting. The group tentatively scheduled the next meetings for January 9 and March 26. The meeting was adjourned at 5:15. Respectfully submitted Lynne Wilson
