PO Box 1244 Haverhill, Ma 01831. <br />Scope of work including plans from Carmine Guarracino, Professional Engineer. <br />SUMMARY: <br /> Mrs. Catherine Lum, homeowner of 54 Outlook Drive and Lexington resident of 34 years, explained that <br />her home has become too small to accommodate her visiting family. Her intent is to build a 20 x 22 addition <br />that includes one bedroom and one bathroom. Mrs. Lum explained that no variance is needed and there <br />will be no setback change. <br />HC COMMENTS: <br />The Commission noted the ridgeline will be higher than the existing house and will not be visible from the <br />street. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br />None <br />MOTION: <br /> moved by Mr. Kalsow, and seconded, to approve the selective demolition and proposed rear <br />addition at 54 Outlook Drive. <br />VOTE: <br />3-0 in favor. <br />1 <br /> <br />
