The lights will be low voltage, one or two black gooseneck lights directly attached to a rod iron bracket. A teak bench which will gray over time and faux lead planter on either side will be put in front of the stairs. The Committee voted to approve the signage and lighting as documented. All in favor. Certificate No. 2013C -49 7:10 PM 1646 Massachusetts Avenue: Sharon Spaulding presented plans to re -roof 20% of the roof area. Lopresti contracting will be using architectural style shingles in a color to match the existing shingles. The Committee voted to approve the roofing as documented. All in favor. Certificate No. 2013C -50 1656 Massachusetts Avenue: Kristin Smith presented plans for signage and window boxes to be installed on the front of the building. The sign will be placed above the entrance to the store. Window boxes will be Lancaster style, painted black, and attached to the top rail. The Committee voted to approve the signage and window -boxes as documented. All in favor. Certificate No. 2013C -51 7:20 PM Lexington Battle Green: James C. Wood Jr. presented a plan to put a gray cast granite marker by the "300" tree. The Committee voted to approve the signage as documented. All in favor. Certificate No. 2013C -52 7:30 PM 1444 Massachusetts Avenue: Ron and Gloria Wallace presented plans to replace most of the windows in the house, install an aluminum wheelchair ramp and wheel chair lift. They will change one window to a door and convert a double hung window to an awning window. All casings and moldings will be painted to match existing.
