TOWN OF LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS <br />HISTORICAL COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />Thursday, January 10, 2013 <br />7:30 PM <br />Ellen Stone Room <br />Cary Hall <br />1605 Massachusetts Avenue <br />David Kelland opened the meeting at 7:32 PM in the Ellen Stone Room of Cary Hall. <br />Members present: David Kelland, Marilyn Fenollosa, Wendall Kalsow, Sally <br />Zimmerman and Frank Kern <br />Others Present: Theresa James, Historical Commissions Clerk <br />7:32 PM <br />Demolition of 6Moon Hill Road <br />People present: <br />Alessandro and Linda Pagani, owners of 6 Moon Hill Road <br />Documents submitted: <br />- Site plan for proposed addition at 6 Moon Hill Road <br />- Letter addressing plans for 6 Moon Hill Road <br />- Letter from Peter Warren, Chair of the 6 Moon Hill Planning Committee <br />supporting the proposed addition <br />- Pictures describing the proposed work at 6 Moon Hill Road <br />The meeting opened with Mr. and Mrs. Pagani presenting the Commission <br />with their plans to partially demolish part of 6 Moon Hill Road and restore <br />the home to more with what the original builders hand envisioned. The <br />Pagani's pointed out that they were only the second owners of this <br />particular home. They showed the Commission a poster board that <br />contained four photographs depicting where the additions would be. <br />They explained to the Commission that they had already addressed the <br />zoning issue, and that it was approved, in regards to their proposed garage. <br />The Pagani's also explained that a former member of the TAC had <br />approved their design when she sat on the 6 Moon Hill Planning <br />Committee. <br />
