<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2013 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, was <br />called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Charles Hornig with members Richard Canale and <br />Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti and planning staff Maryann McCall-Taylor present. <br /> <br />************************DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION********************* <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />137-139 Shade Street Definitive Site Sensitive Plan: <br /> The applicant requested a <br />continuance of the public hearing until such time as the entire Board was available. On a <br />motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 3-0 to continue the public hearing to 8:00 <br />p.m. on October 9, 2013 in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Town Office Building. <br />150 East Street Subdivision: <br /> On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to <br />endorse the previously approved plan for the 140 East Street Subdivision, the appeal <br />period having passed without an appeal being filed. <br />************************DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS************************ <br />Attorney Mark Bobrowski had been scheduled to meet with the Board but the meeting <br />was postponed until a full board could be present. In the mean time, the staff and Mr. <br />Hornig will continue to work with Mr. Bobrowski on drafting the document. Board <br />members said they had no comments on the regulations at this time. <br />***************************ZONING BYLAW ADMINISTRATION****************** <br />Medical Marijuana: <br />The Board was informed that Mr. Ethan Handwerker of The Foundation for <br />Mass Relief, Inc. had notified the Town that his organization intended to file a Phase 2 <br />application for a Registered Marijuana Dispensary to be located in Lexington. The Board of <br />Health reported that the statewide meeting on medical marijuana had not been useful. <br /> <br />********************ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS (ZBA)************************ <br />There were several applications for variances to allow redivision of substandard lots before the <br />ZBA. Mr. Hornig indicated that he would attend the October 10 hearing to explain that the <br />zoning had removed the grandfathering of substandard lots in common ownership and that the <br /> <br />
