Minutes of the Community Preservation Committee Public Hearing <br />for the 2013 Needs Assessment Report <br />Wednesday, December 19, 2012 <br />7:00 pm Parker Room <br />Town Offices, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue <br />Present: <br />Board Members: Wendy Manz, Chair, Joel Adler, Jeanne Krieger, Leo McSweeney, Sandy <br />Shaw, Betsey Weiss, Dick Wolk, <br />Absent: Norman Cohen <br />Administrative Assistant: Nathalie Rice <br />Also in attendance was Town resident, Robert Pressman. <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm. by Ms. Manz. <br />1. Public Hearing - 2013 Needs Assessment Report - Ms. Manz opened the Public <br />Hearing which was attended by one Town resident, Bob Pressman, who regularly <br />attends CPC meetings. Mr. Pressman offered comments on the Affordable <br />Housing section of the 2013 Needs Assessment Report. The Committee agreed to <br />some modifications pursuant to Mr. Pressman's suggestions. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:41 pm. <br />The following document was presented at the meeting: <br />1.
