2.4 Environmental Assessment <br />Prior to the purchase of the land, the Town retained the services of environmental consultants to assess <br />the condition of the site, and also to prepare subsequent memoranda that answered questions posed by <br />the Town. Copies of the reports are found in Appendix 7.1 and include: <br />• August, 2009, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment Report" prepared by Woodard & Curran <br />• September 1, 2009, Memorandum from Woodard & Curran to present results of screening for soil <br />compounds relative to future human risk <br />• December 1, 2009, Williamson Environmental LLC's "Limited Removal Action Documentation Report <br />(Pesticide Impacted Soil), Revision No. 1" <br />• December 1, 2009, Williamson Environmental LLC's "Opinion on Risk of Harm to Human Health, <br />Busa Farm Pesticide Area P -2" <br />• December 1, 2009, Site Cleanup Memo from Rob McGrath to Karen Mullins <br />• October 21, 2010, Resource Area Delineation letter from Norse Environmental Services <br />In summary, there are no known dangers or restrictions to the continued use of the site for human <br />activities. <br />Busa Land Use Proposal Committee Report <br />Page 12 / 52 <br />
