The changes include: a dormer for an elevator <br />shaft, central stairway, transformer with an exterior meter, kitchen fans, fire beacon, toilet exhaust, toilet vent <br />pipe and a central stair dormer. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for the <br />exterior architectural changes as detailed on plans submitted to the Commission. Certificate No. 2013C-5 <br /> <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Robert Warshawer, Paul Ross and Associate <br /> <br />Commissioners: Carl Oldenburg and Lynn Hopkins <br /> <br /> <br />10-B Muzzey Street: <br /> Kunsil Kim, owner of Creative Design Sensibility Alterations, presented a drawing of <br />proposed lettering changes to a standing sign as per plans submitted. The free standing sign shall be in the spot, <br />shall be the same size, and have the same finishes and colors as the existing signage. The Commission voted 5- <br />0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for the signage. Certificate No. 2013C-6 <br /> <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Robert Warshawer, Paul Ross and Associate <br /> <br />Commissioners: Carl Oldenburg and Lynn Hopkins <br /> <br /> <br />10 Woburn Street: <br />William J. Dailey, Jr. on behalf of the Lexington Little League with respect to a proposed <br />Historical Little League marker in front of Dunkin Donuts in the battle Green District. After much discussion <br />there were questions if this would be the correct location to put the marker or would it be better served at the <br />ball field where the first game was held.
