Are night time photomontages to be submitted?
3.The revised entrance drive/parking plan looks good.
4.Alleviate “pinch point” of planter at existing garage.
5.Tone down the copper finish, a sample should be submitted for review.
6.Reconsider the design of the “green wall” at the atrium. Less cable and something with
more substance, put the green wall inside the atrium?
7.Maple and Oaks are to be planted along Spring Street. The quantity and location looks
good.
8.Chipcrete fire access road.

Spring Street / Marrett Road Intersection
The DAC reviewed the proposed intersection plan presented by Susan Yanofsky for a second
time.
1.Sidewalks should be asphalt (bituminous concrete) to be consistent with the material of the
majority of sidewalks in town, evoking a more rural character.
2.Granite curbing should be used in lieu of bituminous cape cod berm, for longevity. The
granite can be straight or sloped (bikers may prefer sloped installation).
3.Pavers as proposed for the crosswalks will be a problem in subsequent years after a few
freeze thaw cycles, creating gaps that will deteriorate the road surface. Quality striping is
preferred.
4.The crosswalks should be tight to the intersection for ease of circulation and reduces the
number of curb cuts.
