<br />LDAC <br />EXINGTONESIGNDVISORYOMMITTEE <br />Meeting Minutes: <br />September 2, 2008 <br />Present: <br />Colin Smith (Chair), Alenka Slezak, Timothy Lee, Ginna Johnson, Bahig Kaldas, John Frey, <br />Bruce Creager <br />Scribe: <br />Colin Smith <br />Call to Order: <br />The Meeting was called to Order at 7:30PM. <br />Approvals: <br />August 5, 2008 Meeting Minutes <br />Presentations/Review: <br />153 North Street- Retail Building Addition/Renovation <br />The DAC reviewed the proposed retail addition and had the following comments: <br />1. Reconsider approach to lighting parking lot/walkways and signage. <br />2. Specify native landscape plantings. <br />3. Reduce parking from 14 spaces to 12 by eliminating 2 at rear of building, this will help with <br />turning radii and impervious areas. <br />4. Remove existing sign structure and provide new signage on building, in lieu of pylon effect. <br />5. Increase size of existing windows (owner suggested, DAC agrees). <br />6. Provide new roofing on existing structure to match addition. <br />40 Hartwell Avenue- MetroPCS Wireless Facility <br />The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facility and there were no comments. <br />1475 Massachusetts Avenue- MetroPCS Wireless Facility <br />The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facility and there were no comments. <br />60 Concord Avenue- MetroPCS Wireless Facility <br />The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facility and there were no comments. <br />Lincoln Street Water Tank- MetroPCS Wireless Facility <br />The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facility and requested the vertical cable feeds be <br />covered with metal panel and painted to match tank color (light blue). <br />119 Wood Street- MetroPCS Wireless Facility <br />The DAC reviewed the proposed wireless facility and there were no comments. <br />397 Lowell Street- MetroWest Wireless Facility <br /> <br />
