Adam Braillard,
attorney at law, represented the client and presented the materi
installations is as follows:

313 Marrett Road (Marrett Square Building):
1. The DAC does not take issue with the new proposed tower roof element (increased slope & height). The
proposed substitution of the metal roof with fiberglass panels m
aesthetics (can it be made to look like metal, a sample should be provided) and snow runoff with respect
to the safety of pedestrians below (increased roof pitch may cha
could potentially solve this problem.

2. With respect to the roof mounted equipment, the DAC feels this s
residential neighbors. Great care was taken to screen the curre
building and we believe this idea should be extended to the roof
match the ridge height of the adjacent dumpster roof and a door/gate be provided for access. The screen
should return the corner around the equipment to provide additio
the structure as well.

3. The applicant should explore the possibility of moving the acces
the dumpster, to reduce visibility and at this location could re
screening purposes) since there is no equipment in this area.

55 Coolidge Ave. (Pilgrim Congregational Church):
1. The DAC would like to know if the fiberglass panels proposed for
texture of the remaining steeple. Is the color integral to the material or is it a painted finish? As
mentioned above, the DAC would like to see a sample of the fiber
specifications.

2. The exact location of the GPS antenna was unclear since it was s
drawings. It is our understanding that the proposed location is on the front of the steeple facing the street.
Although small, the mounting of these antennas is makeshift.
