The October 24, 2012 minutes were approved with several changes. <br /> <br /> <br />2013 Calendar. January through May 2013 meeting dates will be set at the next <br /> <br />meeting. <br />th <br /> <br />Recruitment. Suzie will follow up with several members of the 300Committee who <br /> <br />have expressed interest in joining the Town Celebrations Committee. Linda Dixon <br />extended an invitation to Leo McGonagle to join us as well. If members know of other <br />possible candidates, Suzie suggested contacting Lynne Pease to request an application. <br />The subcommittee can expand by ten more members. <br /> <br />Veterans’ Breakfast 2012 Update <br /> <br />Fifty-two veterans and guests have signed up for the breakfast, not including <br /> <br />Minutemen and Police who plan to attend. <br /> <br />We are waiting to hear if the invitee is available to sing the national anthem. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
