Minutes from the following meetings were approved: August 9, 2012, August <br /> <br />23, 2012 (with a minor correction) and September 5, 2012. <br /> <br />Elections. Suzie Barry was nominated and elected to the office of Chairman. Linda <br /> <br />Dixon and Sandy Podgorski were nominated and elected to share the office of <br />Secretary. Discussion for the office of Vice Chairman was tabled until the next meeting. <br />It was suggested that the committee discuss recruitment of new members. <br /> <br />A meeting was called for Tuesday, September 25, 2012, Room G-15, Town Office <br /> <br />Building to prepare the Patriots’ Day parade invitations for mailing. <br /> <br />300 Ceremony Update <br />th <br /> <br />Suzie recapped upcoming events. The full schedule is posted at www.lexington300.org. <br /> <br /> <br />Opening ceremony is set for Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Cary Hall with live offsite <br /> <br />coverage provided by LexMedia. <br /> <br />Veterans’ Breakfast 2012 Update <br /> <br />Suzie Barry will meet with Ryan Lennon to discuss the breakfast. <br /> <br /> <br />Ryan advertised the breakfast in the October Senior Center newsletter and prepared a <br /> <br />flyer which Suzie passed around for members’ comments. <br /> <br /> <br />
