NOISE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
July 10, 2012 Meeting
A duly posted meeting of the Noise Advisory Committee (NAC), held in the Legion Room, Cary
Hall, was called to order at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tony Galaitsis with members Jack Maloney,
Mary Hosmer - Fanucci and Bob Earsy, and Planning Board liaison Richard Canale present.
The Minutes of the May 29 2012 meeting were reviewed and approved unanimously.
The members present voted to conclude the review of noise by -laws from other towns, a task
undertaken to explore whether the Lexington noise by -law warrants revision. Subsequently, the
NAC deliberated on whether to recommend any changes to the Lexington Noise By -Law. During
the deliberations, they also considered Mr. Canale's suggestion to change the Lexington Noise
By -Law by incorporating in it the noise measures written in the CD redistricting for the Inn at
Hastings Park. At the conclusion of the deliberations, the Noise Committee decided and voted
unanimously to recommend no changes to the Noise By -Law.
The NAC meeting was adjourned at 8:45 PM
Minutes submitted by Tony Galaitsis
