Minutes of the Lexington Capital Expenditures Committee (CEC) Meeting <br />February 13, 2013 <br />Date, Place, and Location: February 13, 2013, 7:00 P.M., Public Services Building, <br />Cafeteria <br />Members Present: Charles Lamb, Chair; Beth Masterman, Vice - Chair; Jill Hai; <br />David Kanter <br />Member Absent: Bill Hurley <br />Document Presented: CEC Comments on the Capital Program at the Budget <br />Collaboration- Summit Meeting 5, 13 Feb 2013; prepared by Mr. Kanter in coordination with <br />Mr. Lamb; presented by Mr. Kanter. (Printed copies were provided to all Summit - Meeting <br />members before Mr. Kanter's presentation. Items 6 [Hartwell Avenue Infrastructure <br />Improvements] & 9 [Visitor Center] were not spoken as the Town Manager had already <br />addressed those matters before Mr. Kanter's presentation.) <br />Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called the meeting to order at 7:06 P.M. <br />[This Committee then joined the Budget Collaboration - Financial Summit 5 being held in the <br />same place until it ended. See the Minutes of that event for this Committee's further <br />participation.] <br />Adjourn: A Motion was made and seconded at 8:19 P.M. to adjourn.
