Current Business Review:
• West Lexington Greenway Master Plan (Keith) — Keith will go before the Capital
Expenditures Committee to report, and will return to the Board of Selectmen for
more details regarding available funding and the Stewards work schedule. A work
group of GCC members will convene late Feb or early March to plan next steps.
• Trail Easement Database (Stew) - Stew has entered the existing data into an excel
spreadsheet. The next step is to look through Town paper records to fill the
information gaps. Eventually we may need to go to Cambridge for the deed
records. It would be good to find a way to add visual /photographic data to the
record as well. Peggy will check with Marita Hartshorn about work they did for
the bikeway. Rick will set up a dropbox so we can all access the Db and add to it
as time allows.
• CPA funding for ACROSS Lexin on — CPA funds will be available for materials
only, but $5000.00 will be available for use July 1, 2013, providing the measure is
approved by Town Meeting.
