MINUTES <br />Greenways Corridor Committee ACROSS Lexington Task Group <br />October 17, 2012, 4 -5:30 pm <br />Reed Room Town Hall <br />Members Present: Rick Abrams, Alex Dohan, Eileen Entin, Keith Ohmart <br />Subject Discussed: ACROSS Lexington project. Discussion only, no votes taken. <br />1. Details discussed regarding final installation of Pilot Route signage: <br />• Location of signs along Minuteman Bikeway reviewed. <br />2. Application for Community Preservation Act funding for the remaining 35 miles <br />of the proposed route was reviewed: <br />• Budget review: <br />addition of line item for map boxes <br />details of printed map sizes and uses reviewed. Rick to obtain <br />quotation estimates. <br />Application review: <br />- addition of wording listing possible future system enhancements <br />not covered by the present grant application including: <br />■ kiosks <br />• more elaborate signage identifying the system <br />• interpretive signage directing users to points of interest in <br />town <br />Keith to forward revised draft with changes via e -mail with deadline to submit to <br />the Board of Selectmen by the middle of next week. <br />Minutes prepared and submitted by Keith Ohmart <br />
