<br />MINUTES – LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION February 21, 2012 <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioners present: Joyce Miller, Charlie Wyman, Stew Kennedy, Duke Bitsko, Dick Wolk, <br />David Langseth <br /> <br />Commissioners absent: Phil Hamilton <br /> <br />Others present: Louise Vinci, Conservation Clerk <br /> <br />Chair Joyce Miller opened the meeting at 7:37 pm in the Room G-15, Town Office Building <br /> <br />7:37 pm Meeting: 4 Ryder Lane <br /> DET# 12-04; Map 32, Lot 213 <br />Present for the applicant: James Fenway, contractor <br />Documentation: Request for Determination with attachment <br /> Public Notice <br /> <br /> James Fenway presented a plan to remove and replace a three season porch. <br /> <br />Comments from the Commission: the Commission requested the limit of work <br />line be marked at a distance no more than fifteen feet from porch. <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to issue a negative determination with conditions, 6-0 <br />in favor. <br /> <br />7:41 pm Hearing: 19 Ledgelawn Avenue <br /> DEP# 201- 848, BL 806; Map 71, Lot 21 <br />Present for the applicant: Zoltan Juhasz, Uniterra Consulting <br /> Stephen Parus, applicant <br />Documentation: Notice of Intent with attachments <br /> Public Notice <br /> <br /> Zoltan Juhasz presented a project to construct an addition and deck. <br /> <br />Comments from the Commission follow: David Langseth requested an alternative <br />analysis be submitted. Stew Kennedy would like elevation data provided and <br />requested the limit of work to be more restrictive on the east side of the property. <br />Duke Bitsko would like a cap on the proposed drywell instead of proposed <br />grating. <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to continue hearing to March 6, 2012 at the <br />applicant’s request, 6-0 in favor <br /> <br />Cont.
