Hearing: NOI, 359 Lincoln Street, <br /> DEP# 201-504, BL 462; Map 34, Lot 113 <br />Present for the applicant: Fred Conroy, applicant <br />Documentation: NOI Application <br /> <br />Due to present and past commissioner absences, there is a lack of quorum for this <br />hearing. Mr. Conroy told the Commission that he wished the hearing to be closed. <br /> <br />Motion made and seconded to close hearing, 4-0 in favor. <br /> <br />7:39 pm Cont.
