LINCOLN PARK SUB-COMMITIEE -Minutes August 30, 2012 -at Lincoln Park <br />Present -David Williams, Chairman, Brian Kelley, Bob Pressman, Lynne Wilson <br />Also present - Wesley Wirth, Landscape Architect <br />The Chairman opened the meeting at 4:10. He asked Brian Kelley to update the committee on the <br />funding for the bathrooms. <br />Mr. Kelley reported that he had commitments from LexFun for $4,000;Lacross for $20,000 Friends of <br />Youth Soccerfor $1S,000;Kirk Fund for $68,000;Lee Fund for $7,000; Lexington Youth Soccerfor <br />$26,000; Youth Baseball for $5,000. <br />He has plumbing quotes. The fencing will be installed before Mclaughlin breaks ground. <br />Mr. Williams will draft a letter to Fund for Lexington which Mr. Kelley will sign. He also said that there <br />should be an op -ed piece in the Minuteman when Mclaughlin breaks ground. <br />Mr. Kelley reported that the dog signs have been installed. He also said that he has been very happy <br />with Barnard Landscaping. Mr. Williams said that,to date, he had paid Barnard $21,000. Mr. Kelley will <br />discuss next year's budget for maintenance with Bob Barnard. <br />Mr. Wirth told the group that 10 pieces of granite from the Dana Home -all beautiful -will be donated <br />to Lincoln Park. Mclaughlin will move it and Ronchetti will work on it. The group walked to the area <br />below the fields and discussed locations for the granite and the advantages of each plan.
