Wood <br /> <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the meeting at 7:30 pm and requested a motion from the Board <br />to continue the hearing scheduled for 7:30 pm for 7-11 Massachusetts Avenue to be <br />heard at 8:45 pm. <br /> <br /> <br />On a motion by Leo P. McSweeney and seconded by John J.
