The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness to change <br />the location of the existing hanging signage from facing Wallis Court to facing Massachusetts Avenue. <br />Certificate No. 2012C-64. <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Daniel Griffin, and Robert Warshawer and Associate <br /> <br />Commissioners: Carl Oldenburg and Lynn Hopkins <br /> <br />1726 Massachusetts Avenue: <br />Steve Meinelt, Greater Boston Running Company, presented a drawing of the wall sign, <br />blade sign, and a photograph showing proposed location of wall sign. The Commission requested that the wall sign have <br />the same font as the existing blade sign and all the letters be capitalized to match the blade sign. The Commission voted 5- <br />0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for a wall sign and relocating existing blade sign from old shop to new. <br />Certificate No. 2012C-65 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Daniel Griffin, and Robert Warshawer and Associate <br /> <br />Commissioners: Carl Oldenburg and Lynn Hopkins <br /> <br />5 Vine Brook Road: <br />Patricia & Francis Carney, presented two drawings of the existing house and showed a sample of <br />proposed shingles. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for re-roofing using architectural <br />style shingles from CertainTeed in the WeatherWood color. Certificate No. 2012C-66 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Daniel Griffin, and Robert Warshawer and Associate <br /> <br />Commissioners: Carl Oldenburg and Lynn Hopkins <br /> <br />870 Massachusetts Avenue <br />: Scott Herlihy, presented six (6) photographs showing existing conditions of garage. The <br />Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for re-roofing garage using architectural style shingles to <br />match the house. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for re-roofing using architectural <br />shingles from CertainTeed in the Pewterwood color.
