<br /> October 4, 2007 <br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee <br />October 4, 2007 <br /> <br />Place and time: Cary Memorial Building, Ellen Stone Room, 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members present: Alan Levine (Chair), Rod Cole (Vice-Chair), John Bartenstein <br />(Secretary), Deborah Brown, Richard Eurich, Pamela Hoffman, Michael Kennealy, Eric <br />Michelson, Rob Addelson (ex officio, non-voting) <br /> <br />1. Article 2 <br />. Deborah Brown presented an updated spreadsheet describing the <br />finances of various scenarios relating to the Shire TIF. It was discussed. <br />Approval of Article 2 was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />2. Articles 3-5 <br />. After a brief discussion of each of Articles 3-5, the issues they <br />present, and the write-ups for the Committee report, the Committee voted <br />unanimously to approve each of those articles. <br /> <br />3. STM Report. <br /> At the Monday meeting the Committee’s report to the Special <br />Town Meeting will be proofed and approved. It will then be released <br />electronically to the TMMA, and printed copies will be brought to the STM. <br /> <br />th - <br />4. Future Meeting Schedule. <br /> October 8 8 pm at the Police Station Guard Room <br />and on October 10 at 6:30 PM (prior to the Town Meeting). <br /> <br />5.
