Snow/Ice Removal Fund must be at least as much as the prior year. <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley restated his position of the need to demonstrate the Board’s <br />commitment to <br />increase the Stabilization Fund. <br /> <br />Mr. Pagett also believes the Town needs to show good faith effort to build the <br />Stabilization Fund and suggested increasing the Snow/Ice Removal Fund to <br />$600,000, <br />and increasing the Stabilization Fund with the remainder. <br /> <br />Mr. Burnell, Capital Expenditures Committee, reminded the group that in the past <br />the <br />Appropriation Committee had $300,000 in the Reserve Fund, that the fund has <br />been <br />reduced to $150,000. He suggests the Boards consider increasing the reserve <br />fund instead <br />of the Snow/Ice Removal or Stabilization Funds. <br /> <br /> <br />
