<br /> March 17, 2005 <br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee <br />March 17, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br />Place and Time: Room 211, Clarke Middle School, 6:35 PM. <br /> <br />Members present: Alan Levine (Chair), John Bartenstein, Deborah Brown, Richard Eurich, Paul <br /> <br />Hamburger, Eric Michelson, Ron Pawliczek. <br /> <br />This meeting was held as part of Budget Collaboration Meeting V with the Board of Selectmen, <br />School Committee, and Capital Expenditures Committee. The attached minutes of the Budget <br />Collaboration Meeting, prepared and attested by the Clerk of the Board of Selectmen, are hereby <br /> <br />adopted as the minutes of the Appropriation Committee, subject to the following corrections: <br />Page 2, par. 7: New growth increment for FY06 was $299,423, not $290,000 <br />?? <br />Page 2, par. 7: School share was $91,563, not $91,000 <br />?? <br />Page 3, par. 1: School share was $91,563, not $91,663 <br />?? <br />Page 3, par. 1: Transfer to Stabilization Fund was $103,647, not $103,347 <br />?? <br />Following the Budget Collaboration Meeting, the Appropriation Committee engaged in a brief <br />discussion of the actions taken, and the Appropriation Committee meeting was adjourned at <br />approximately 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> Alan Levine, acting Secretary <br /> <br />Approved July 7, 2007 <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br />
