<br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Capital Expenditures Committee <br />March 19, 2008 <br />Place and Time: Town Office Building, Room 111, 9:00 <br />AM <br /> <br />Members Present: Charles W. Lamb (Chair), Ted Edson (Vice-Chair), Bill Hurley, <br />David G. Kanter, and Shirley Stolz <br /> <br />Visitors: Robert Addelson (Lexington Assistant Town Manager for Finance/Town Comptroller) <br />and William P. Hadley (Director, Lexington Department of Public Works) <br /> <br />CWL called the meeting to order at 9:00 <br />AM <br /> <br />There was a discussion with Rob Addelson of General Fund Cash versus Free Cash. <br /> <br />There was a discussion with Bill Hadley of the Sewer Program and how it was changed from the <br />original capital packet. <br /> <br />Motion: Approve Article 17(a) (Wastewater System Improvements) for work on Upper Vine <br />Brook Basin as described in Brown Book, XI-11. (Passed 5:0) <br /> <br />There was a discussion of Article 48 (Munroe School Disposition). <br /> <br />Motion: Recommend Indefinite Postponement of Article 48.
