<br />CEC, March 5, 2008, 9am, TOB 111 <br /> <br />Bill Hurley, David Kanter, Ted Edson, Charles Lamb, Shirley Stolz, George Burnell <br /> <br />Motion: Approve 2/13/08, 2/27/08 Minutes (4:0, SS not present yet) <br /> <br />Review of 3/03/08 CPC Meeting <br /> <br />Munroe Fire Suppression System <br />CPC is 5:4 in support. Minority is Richard Pagett, Wendy Manz, Dick Wolk, & Joel <br />Adler. The majority at least want to let TM vote on the issue. <br /> <br />Motion: Recommend approval of Munroe Fire Suppression system at $579,550 (5:0). <br />Support same under tax levy if 9(q) does not pass. (5:0). <br /> <br />TOB Use Study <br />$92K (originally $100K) proposal on the table. Subtract $20K construction <br />administration. So that’s $72K “plus a few $K” for looking at the systemic problems. <br />CFC is 7:2 in support at $80K (to leave headroom for the anticipated increase in the <br />estimate). <br /> <br />Motion: Recommend $80K under Article 9(n) with “handshake” on CEC et al review <br />after Design Development before proceeding with construction documents (5:0). <br /> <br />Adjourn: 9:30am. <br /> <br />
