She <br />feels a strong commitment to reusing this money every year for capital <br />purposes but can't commit for future boards. There is no intent to <br />add 2.5% to the $150K each year. <br /> <br />TE: Has no issue with this set-aside because there will always be <br />$150K of capital items to worry about. Believes it should be under <br />28(c). <br /> <br />RB: This is a bit of a leveling activity. Agrees that it should be <br />under 28(c). <br /> <br />SS: In favor and use 28(c). <br /> <br />BH: Ditto. <br /> <br />Motion: To recommend $15K for D&E on TOB ramp. 5:0 AGAINST. <br /> <br />So under 28(c) it will either be $290K or $305K depending on whether <br />BoS recommends $15K of D&E for TOB ramp. <br /> <br />Motion: Recommend $290K, $150K of which is at-risk under 28(c). 5:0 <br />in favor. <br /> <br />wrt Fire Station Floor. There are 3 bids for the study. Study will <br />be done by Town Meeting. <br /> <br />wrt NStar Parking lot: $150K capital cost. Net gain of 33 spaces, but <br />probably only 30 spaces due to safety reasons (don't want spaces near <br />the transformers). <br /> <br />SS: Will NStar agree to it? <br /> <br /> <br />
