Not sure what's been done and what hasn't. (2) <br />Plan was supposed to fix up accoustics (not done), and provided for <br />handicapped seating areas (not designated yet). Seat that's taken out <br />does not provide ADA required space. Accoustics are bad in Cary Hall. <br /> <br />SS/WH: is it accoustics or sound system? [sound system] <br /> <br />VB: Front door opening out is still a problem. <br /> <br />SC: Not sure what's going on at LFD. <br /> <br />VB: If don't have to add more money to (3) above, then they'd like a <br />consultant to look at all facilities in town ($35k) and $35K for Bird <br />ROom at Cary Hall. SC: would dump study to do lift to Bird Room. <br /> <br />SC: Also wants to look at supporting Sidewalk Committee. <br /> <br />RB: Would audit give a 5-year plan? <br /> <br />SC: There was supposed to have been an audit and a plan, but was never <br />done. <br /> <br />SS: Audit was done in '93. <br /> <br />Can consultant money be capital? <br /> <br />Priority for FY07: either finish Cary Hall, or do a 1/2 story lift to <br />Bird Room in Cary Hall. Focus is Cary Hall; audio, steps, bird room. <br /> <br />Future: Study/Audit, curb cuts on new sidewalks, Munroe Arts Center, <br />EL Lib, Sidewalks <br /> <br />Adjourn @ 7:05 pm <br />
