<br />CEC minutes - 9 April 2001 (draft) <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM by the chairman. <br /> <br />Members Tom Griffths (TG), Shirley Stolz (SS), Narain Bhatia (NB), <br />George <br />Burnell (GB), and Charles Hornig (CH) were present. <br /> <br />The committee opposes Art. 25 4-1. The parcel could be valuable some <br />day. <br />The Town should maximize the value of its assets by permitting the <br />owner to <br />build. There is no compelling reason to sell. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM. Minutes were taken and submitted <br />by <br /> <br />Charles Hornig, clerk. <br />
