<br />Capital Expenditures Committee <br />Proposed Minutes January 12, 2000 Meeting <br /> <br />1. Meeting was called to order by the Chairman in the Cafeteria of Diamond <br />School at 4:40pm. Members present: Narain, Bhatia, Tom Griffiths, Charles <br />Hornig, and Shirley Stolz. The meeting was part of a so-called summit meeting <br />with the Board of Selectmen, the School Committee, and the Appropriation <br />Committee. <br /> <br />2. In agreement with the other committees present, the Capital Expenditures <br />Committee voted unanimously in favor of setting the operating override at <br />$3.7M-to-$3.8M with a $500K amount included for road maintenance. <br /> <br />3. Charles Hornig reminded those present that a debt-exclusion override would be <br />needed in FY 2002 and/or FY 2003. <br /> <br />4.
