<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />NOISE ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />16 MAY 2006 <br />A duly posted meeting of the Noise Advisory Committee (NAC) held in the Selectmen’s <br />Meeting Room, Town Office Building, was called to order at 7:30 pm by Chairman Tony <br />Galaitsis with members Martha Wood, Myla Kabat-Zinn, Julian Bussgang and Jack Maloney <br />present. <br /> <br />1. Minutes of the 7 March 2006 meeting <br />The minutes were reviewed and approved by a vote of 4-0, with Mr. Bussgang abstaining <br />because he was absent from the 3/7/06 meeting. <br /> <br />2. Review of Special Permit Forms <br />The Committee spent the remaining of its time re-working the wording of the previously <br />drafted special permit forms. As part of this process, the committee decided to exclude the <br />form requiring petitioners to publish a legal notice in the Lexington Minuteman. <br /> <br />Since the documents included extensive changes, it was decided to: <br />a) Have copies of the revised forms e-mailed to all members for a final and thorough <br />review, <br />b) Postpone a vote until the next meeting <br /> <br />3. Date for Next Meeting <br />The next meeting was scheduled for 7:30-9:00 pm, 19 September 2006, at a location to be <br />announced. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 pm. <br />Minutes e-mailed by: <br />Tony Galaitsis <br />1 <br />
