<br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of June 2, 2005 <br /> <br />Commissioners in attendance: Joann Gschwendtner - Chairman, Ian Adamson, Mark DiNapoli, <br />Lynn Hopkins, and Joseph Welch; Associate Commissioners Daniel Griffin, Jr, James Lee and <br />Greta Rothman. <br /> <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />FORMAL HEARINGS <br /> <br />45 Bedford Street – <br />Peter Chalpin, representing the Town Of Lexington, received approval for <br />new door hardware, a brick walkway and to re-grade front entryway of the Fire Station. <br />Certificate No. 2005C-19 <br /> <br />17 Hancock Street – <br />Marilyn Pike received approval for a fireplace flute. Certificate No. <br />2005C-20 <br /> <br />41 Waltham Street - <br />Bill Ravenis, representing 1920 Realty Trust – denied. <br /> <br />1666 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Sharon Spaulding, representing signage for Oriental Rug <br />Importers, was continued until July. <br /> <br />72 Waltham Street – <br /> Eric Zanin requested to be continued until July. <br /> <br />1888 Massachusetts Avenue <br />– David Pronchick received approval for a new back door on wing <br />to the right of house, second walkway to be eliminated to right entry and for a new front light <br />over entry way. Certificate No. 2005C-21 Work on walkway replacement, back patio and <br />brick stairs was continued. <br /> <br />1430 Massachusetts Avenue – <br /> Chris Connor received approval for landscape design changes. <br /> <br />Certificate No. 2005C-22 <br /> <br />703 Massachusetts Avenue <br />– Steven Breitenfeld, representing Waldorf School, received <br />approval to remove part of the asphalt driveway, replace fencing, install new ramp, install brick <br /> <br />walkways, change storm windows and move sign to side of building. Certificate No. 2005C-23 <br /> <br />1 Hunt Road - <br />Mary Speare received approval for an air conditioning condenser and a fence. <br />Certificate No. 2005C-24.
