Certificate No. 2005C-14. Porch and carriage <br />housework continued waiting for more detailed plans. <br /> <br /> <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> <br />1751 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> – Reese Schroeder, representing Jasmine Sola, did not attend <br />hearing. <br /> <br />13 Depot Square <br />– David Wells, representing Lexington Historic Society received approval for <br />lawn planting, in-ground irrigation and brick sidewalk. Certificate No. 2005C-15. <br /> <br />1727 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Kathleen Wentworth, representing Not Your Average Joe’s, <br />received approval for a new umbrella color and for the front wrought iron railings. Certificate <br />No. 2005C-16. Signage continued. <br /> <br /> <br />INFORMAL HEARINGS <br /> <br /> <br />703 Massachusetts Avenue <br />– Steven Breitenfeld, representing Waldorf School, presented <br />preliminary drawings for Exterior Architectural Changes.
