9 ~ ~ <br />l1~ ac ~Sl-$bl-Z~s~t <br />Minutes of Town of Lexington Condominium Conversion Committee Mtg 41ZG~0~ <br />Present J. Kawkinson, M. Derby, A. Zabin, M.Weerts, J.McWeeney, J. Krieger <br />Meeting called to order at 7:30 AM. <br />M. Derby reported offer and interest by LexHab in acquiring 3 units-2 of which were new. it was <br />asked how could they build new. M. Derby to ask building inspector: JMcW reported R.Pace <br />reviewed draft letter from Hamilton to units and reported meets State Law. Group discussed area <br />in which Hamilton has to seek alternate housing in- JNIc~V suggested 3 miles from site, J. <br />Hawkinson reported rentals on some nearby housing complexes- ~t seems market rate higher <br />than existing rents at Minutemen although utility payment and confirmation of actuals are not <br />available .J. Krieger asked if town had support mechanism for residents to~ et advice. Su ested <br />g gg <br />mtg later JMcW and town Mgr to discuss-Did meet later and decided Town Mgr would discuss <br />with C of A staff. Town Mgr also said that CPA money available after July for housing Approx <br />$225k. J. McVLleeney to get back to Carl Valeri to give sense of where we are.
