.~ <br />Adopted 1111/89 <br />,p2 housing accommodations which were constructed ar <br />substantially rehabilitated pursuant to any federal <br />mortgage insurance program, without any interest <br />subsid or tenant subsidy attached thereto; or` <br />y <br />.03 housing accommodations financed throng-h the <br />Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, with an interest <br />subsidy attached thereto. <br />Section II Relationship to other Laws <br />These Regulations are meant to supplement, and not to limit, the <br />protections and benefits available to tenants under the Town of <br />Lexin ton Housin Conversion and Eviction By~Law, as amended; <br />9 9 <br />Chapter 527 of the Acts of 19$3, as amended; M.G.L. c. 183A, as <br />amended; and any other statute of the Commonwealth or court <br />decision, <br />Section III Definitions <br />As used in these regulations, the following words shall have the <br />following meanings, unless the context clearly requires <br />otherwise. <br />3.1 "Applicant", the owner or purchaser of a housing <br />accommodation applying for a Conversion or Eviction <br />License under these Regulations and the By-Law. <br />.,,, ^ w , <br />
