Mr. Lee voted <br />on 1761 Massachusetts Avenue only. <br /> <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />FORMAL HEARINGS <br /> <br /> <br />1761 Massachusetts Avenue- <br />Courtney Nawrot, representing Bank of America, received <br />approval for new signage. Certificate No. 2004C-76 <br />Chairman Gschwendtner recused herself from this hearing; James Lee sat as Acting Chairman. <br /> <br />1796 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> – George Papalimberis, representing LaFlamme received approval <br />for new signage. Certificate No. 2004C-77 <br /> <br />15-19 Depot Square – <br />Julie Supple, representing Depot Realty Trust, requested continuance <br />until January 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> <br />40 Hancock Street – <br /> James DiGioia from Pella Window and Door, representing the owners, <br />Richard and Robin Millman, was denied window changes. Approval was given to replace roof <br />on the carriage house. Certificate No. 2004C-78 <br /> <br />1299 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> – Judy Newberne asked hearing for Exterior Architectural changes <br />to be continued until January 2005. <br /> <br />25 Waltham Street – <br />Debbie Heffernan, representing D & R Realty Trust, received approval to <br />construct overhang on north side entrance along the alley. Certificate No. 2004C-79. <br /> <br />2101 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> - Carl Oldenberg, representing Mariellen and Joe Alfonse, <br />received approval for an addition. Certificate No. 2004C-80. <br /> <br />1707 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Sam Ibrahim, representing Edison Way Realty LLC, received <br />approval for building siding and HVAC covers on the roof.
