Certificate No. C2004-29. <br /> <br />23 Bedford Street – <br />Steven Conners received approval for repairs to front porch and traditional <br />balusters, newel posts and rails, as well as for stain on stair treads and deck flooring. Certificate <br />No. C2004-30. <br /> <br /> <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS: <br /> <br />1776 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Linda Arel, representing Citizens Bank, received approval for <br />signage and lighting on the front of the building and for street name and number on the rear. <br />Hearing continued. Certificate No. C2004-31. <br /> <br />1723 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Nathalya Manane of Sands Custom Graphics, representing <br />Chyten, Inc., received approval for signage. Certificate No. C2004-32. <br /> <br />1762 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Jeffrey Lyons, representing Lexington Center Realty Trust for <br />signage at Bodyscapes and other tenants continued. <br /> <br />915-917 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Antonio Nardelli received approval for light fixtures at 917 <br />Massachusetts Avenue, as well as for street numbers at 915 and 917 Massachusetts Avenue. <br />Certificate No. C2004-33. <br /> <br />905 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Jack Shay received approval for loft doors on second floor of <br />barn.
