Certificate No. 2004-05. <br /> <br />1436 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> – Christine McEwen and James Wong received approval for re-roofing the house and <br />garage, including adding ridge vents and soffit vents. <br />Certificate No. 2004-06 <br /> <br />6 Parker Street <br /> – Tom Fenn, representing Peter and Elizabeth Laino presented preliminary plans for addition to the <br />house. Hearing continued for architectural detail drawings. <br /> <br />1666 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> – Sharon Spaulding of Spaulding Management with George Moran, Architect <br />received approval for door and window changes. <br />Certificate No. 2004-07 <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />1690 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> – Hazel Hopkins received approval for sign changes from those previously approved <br />to the front and back of the building.
