Certificate No. 2003C- <br />19 <br /> <br />14 Muzzey Street – <br />Hearing continued to June 5. <br /> <br />10 Tavern Lane – <br />David Forg received approval for an addition. The approval is contingent on <br />Conservation Commission and Board of Appeals approval. Certificate No. 2003C-20 <br /> <br />1727 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />George Howell, representing Copacafe, received approval for <br />window signage. Certificate No. 2003C-21 <br /> <br />844 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Frank Chen, Good School Realty, received approval for signage. <br />Certificate No. 2003C-22 <br /> <br />1109 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Robert and Carrie Pitts received approval for a shed, replacing <br />fencing, change to driveway, and replacing all storms. Will return for approval of storm doors. <br />Certificate No. 2003C-23 <br /> <br />8 Muzzey Street – <br />No Nguyen, representing Nails by Noel, presented plans for signage. <br />Hearing continued for changes. <br /> <br />1875 Massachusetts Avenue and Depot Square – <br />John Ott, representing the Chamber of <br />Commerce, received approval for a two-sided information sign on Depot Square and at the <br />Visitor’s Center.
