<br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of March 18, 2003 <br /> <br />Commissioners in attendance: Ian Adamson, Mark DiNapoli, Acting Chairman, Dan Fenn, Lynn <br />Hopkins and Associate Commissioner James Lee. <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />20 Walthan Street – <br />Martin Holland, representing Vinny T’s of Lexington, received approval <br />for a new sign to replace the existing and to replace all awnings. Wording on awnings on sides <br />only. Certificate No. 2003C-5 <br /> <br />1666 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Nasos Phillips received approval for a sign for Nicky’s Ice <br />Cream and Delectables. Certificate No. 2003C-6 <br /> <br />32 Waltham Street – <br />Agnes Voligny, representing Rosie’s Bakery, received approval for <br />window signage decals, hanging signage, and front door handle. Certificate No. 2003C-7 <br /> <br />782 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Denis Haskin and Faith Ferguson received approval for post and <br />beam fencing and wire mesh fencing with gates. Certificate No. 2003-8 <br /> <br />11 Joseph Road – <br />Robert Morse received approval for renovation plans. Continued for <br />miscellaneous items. Certificate No. 2003C-9 <br /> <br />25 Waltham Street – <br />Tim Sullivan, Barlo Signs, representing Coldwell Banker, received <br />approval for front and rear signage to replace existing. Certificate No. 2003C-10 <br /> <br />1556 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Matt Thenen presented plans for addition/renovation. Continued <br />for more detail. <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />926 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Pat Thomas received approval for 4-foot fencing. Certificate <br />2003C-11 <br /> <br />18 Hancock Street– <br />Jonathan Royce, Architect, presented plans for a garage addition and plans <br />for renovating house.
