<br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of February 6, 2003 <br /> <br />Commissioners in attendance: Joann Gschwendtner, Chairman, Ian Adamson, Mark DiNapoli, <br />Dan Fenn, and Associate Commissioners, Daniel Griffin, James Lee and Eleanor MacQueen. <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />1787 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Paul Mammola, representing Paul Mammola Salon, received <br />approval to move existing signage at 1775 Massachusetts Avenue rear to 1787 Massachusetts <br />Avenue. Certificate No. 2003C-3 <br /> <br />18 Hancock Street– <br />Jonathan Royce, Architect, presented plans for a garage addition and plans <br />for renovating house. Hearing continued for additional detail. <br /> <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />32-42 Worthen Road – <br />Tom Fenn, representing T.H. Niles Real Estate Group, received <br />approval for new siding, redesign of entrances, chimney enclosures. Hearing continued for <br />additional information on windows. Dan Fenn recused himself from hearing. Certificate No. <br />2003-4 <br /> <br />INFORMALS: <br /> <br />11 Joseph Road – <br />Robert Morse presented plans for renovation, which includes all new <br />windows, shingles, and new roof. Will report for formal hearing. <br /> <br />20 Waltham Street – <br />Martin Holland, representing Vinny T’s of Boston, presented plans for <br />new signage. Will report for formal hearing. <br /> <br />6 Hancock Avenue – <br />Faith Baum, Architect, representing Dan Kilburn, presented plans for <br />exterior changes in phases. Will return for formal hearing for Phase 1. <br /> <br />1556 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Matt Thenen presented plans for prospective client for possible <br />renovations.
