Certificate No. 2003C-1 <br /> <br />430 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Andrew Gubisch received approval for several small exterior <br />architectural changes. Certificate No. 2003C-2 <br /> <br />926 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Patricia Thomas presented plans to put up fencing.
