<br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of January 2, 2003 <br /> <br />Commissioners in attendance: Joann Gschwendtner, Chairman, Dan Fenn, Lynn Hopkins, and <br />Associate Commissioners, James Lee and Eleanor MacQueen. <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />1875 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Peter Chalpin, representing the Town of Lexington received <br />approval changes to front entrance to be ADA compliannt. Certificate No. 2003C-1 <br /> <br />430 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Andrew Gubisch received approval for several small exterior <br />architectural changes. Certificate No. 2003C-2 <br /> <br />926 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Patricia Thomas presented plans to put up fencing.
