<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of November 14, 2002 <br /> <br />Commissioners in attendance: Joann Gschwendtner, Chairman; Ian Adamson, Mark DiNapoli, <br />Dan Fenn, Lynn Hopkins, and Associate Commissioner Eleanor MacQueen. <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />910-912 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />David Rose and Jeff Leonard received approval to install <br />wood storm doors. Certificate No. 2002C-80 <br /> <br />11 Harrington Road – <br />Thomas Sheedy was denied a certificate to install aluminum gutters and <br />downspouts. Joann Gschwendtner recused and Dan Fenn abstained from this hearing. <br />Certificate No. 2002C-81 <br /> <br />1760 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Steven Hurley, representing Lexington Center Realty Trust, <br /> <br />received approval to remodel the storefront. Certificate No. 2002C-82 <br /> <br />846 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Chris Hansen, Essentials, received approval for a sign. Certificate <br />No. 2002C-83 <br /> <br />7 Harrington Road– <br />Donald Graham, representing First Parish Church, received a temporary <br />approval for stabilizing the belfry and lantern levels of the steeple. Dan Fenn recused himself <br />from this hearing. Certificate No. 2002C-84 <br /> <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />1073 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />William Erickson, representing Patrick Martin, received <br />approval for new front door and sidelites. Certificate No. 2002C-85 <br /> <br />1840 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Richard Battin, representing Boston Federal, received approval <br />for background color on front hanging sign. Certificate No. 2002C-75 <br /> <br />27 Depot Square – <br />David Winston, representing Winston Flowers, received approval for five <br />(5) wood, painted planters for window alcoves. Certificate No. 2002C-86 <br /> <br />905 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Jack Shay received approval for two (2) windows and bulkhead in <br />garage.
