Certificate No. 2002C-69 <br /> <br />1095 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Communications Link, representing Shell, received approval to <br />install a satellite dish on the rear roof. Certificate No. 2002C-70 <br /> <br />27 Depot Square – <br />David Winston, representing Winston Flowers, was denied wooden stands <br />for plant and flower displays in window alcoves.
