<br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of September 5, 2002 <br /> <br />Commissioners in attendance: Joann Gschwendtner, Chairman; Ian Adamson, Mark DiNapoli, <br />and Associate Commissioners Daniel Griffin and Eleanor MacQueen. <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />39 Bedford Street – <br />Matt Carey, Environmental Compliance Services, representing Cumberland <br />Farms, received approval for fencing a six foot square area to the right side of the Gulf station. <br />Certificate No. 2002C-64 <br /> <br />1468 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Philippe Kelty, representing Michel and Marie Landel, received <br />approval to remove all existing storm windows and replace existing windows. Certificate No. <br />2002C-65 <br /> <br />905 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Jack Shay received approval for demolition of rear portion of <br />house and to rebuild rear portion and add garage. Certificate No. 2002C-66 <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />1727 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Peter Niemitz, representing Copacafe, received approval for <br />band sign, blade sign and temporary barrier.
