Certificate No. 2002C-39 <br /> <br />1984 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Cynthia Davidson received approval for copper gutters to match <br />existing. Certificate No. 2002C-40 <br /> <br />1728 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Raychel Greenwald, representing Neil Kelly, Cheese Etc. <br />received approval for signage.
