Certificate No. 2002C-19 <br /> <br />898 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Eileen and Monica Cotter received approval to repave driveway <br />with asphalt and to extend at the rear of the house. Certificate No. 2002C-20 <br /> <br />763 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Mart Ojamaa, representing Follen Church, received approval to <br />demolish existing bumpout in rear and rebuild, install handicap ramp, and replace all windows. <br />Certificate No. 2002C-21 <br /> <br />1347 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />William Erickson, Frank Bechtel Erickson Architects, <br />representing Dan Deschler and Eileen Reynolds, received approval for changing front porch and <br />adding addition to rear. Hearing continued for additional detail. Certificate No. 2002C-22 <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />14 Muzzey Street – Sly & Fiore, PC – <br /> Received approval for a carved signfoam sign that <br />matches existing on building. Certificate No. 2002C-23 <br /> <br />10 Brigham Road - <br />Susan Rubenstein received approval to remove one set of stairs from rear <br />porch and add a lattice gate in front of basement door. Certificate No. 2002C-24 <br /> <br />1139 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />James Feeney received approval for several landscaping issues. <br />Certificate No. 2002C-25 <br /> <br />2 Bloomfield Street – <br />Maria Romano, representing John and Lynne Woodhouse, received <br />approval to redo driveway with asphalt and brick edging. Certificate No. 2002C-26 <br /> <br />2027 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Steve Hurley, Janovsky Hurley Architects, representing the <br />Dana Home, received approval to make necessary changes to exterior to accommodate gurney <br />elevator and change trim color. Certificate No. 2002C-27 <br /> <br />INFORMALS: <br /> <br />Center Revitalization Subcommittee – <br />Sheila Watson discussed the Committee trying to <br />improve the center business area. The Committee is trying to have things like barrels, lighting, <br />consistently the same.
