<br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of December 6, 2001 <br /> <br />Commissioners in attendance: Joann Gschwendtner, Ian Adamson, Mark DiNapoli and Associate <br />Commissioners Daniel Griffin and Eleanor MacQueen <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />37 Hancock Street – <br />Henry and Janice Camp received approval to paint shutters and garage <br />doors green and front door black. Certificate No. 2001C-100 <br /> <br />30 Hancock Street – <br />Ranne Warner informed Clerk that she was unable to attend meeting until <br />February. Hearing continued to February. <br /> <br />1364 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />David Kinsella, representing Jerry and Joan Parker, received <br />approval for an addition to the rear and window and door changes to the front of the house. <br />Certificate No. 2001C-101 <br /> <br />718 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Robert McNamara, representing Sacred Heart Parish Center, <br />nd <br />received approval for a 2 floor addition. Mark DiNapoli and Eleanor MacQueen recused <br />themselves from the meeting. Dan Griffin voted affirmative using “Rule of Necessity” legal <br />authorization. Certificate No. 2001C-106 <br /> <br />840 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Judi and John Brosnan called Clerk and asked to be continued to <br />January because of changes to addition. Hearing continued to January. <br /> <br />6 Meriam Street – <br />Chris Giguere, representing Lexington Playcare Center, received approval <br />for a stone dust trike path in the existing playground. Certificate No. 2001C-102 <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />8 Hancock Street <br /> – Louis Counts received approval to restore original garage sliding doors and <br />to paint dark green to match existing door and shutters. Certificate No. 2001C-103. <br /> <br />25 Waltham Street – <br />Deborah Heffernan, representing DeWolfe, received approval for <br />gooseneck lighting for the front and rear sign. Certificate No. 2001C-104 <br /> <br />45 Waltham Street – <br />Richard Batten, representing Encore Bank, received approval for a sign. <br />Sign was approved conditional to repairs to building being fixed to the Commissioner’s <br />satisfaction.
